Ihsan.al is a spiritual and productivity platform designed to help users track prayers, Quran reading, hatme progress, and good deeds while supporting personal spiritual growth.

By creating an account or using Ihsan.al, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old or meet the minimum legal age required in your country to use Ihsan.al. If you are under the age of majority, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and login credentials. We use Clerk authentication services with social login providers such as Google, Apple, LinkedIn, and email/password authentication.
Platform Services
Ihsan.al provides tools and features for prayer tracking, Quran and hatme tracking, good deeds tracking, spiritual missions, nafs level progression, group participation, and community-based activities. Features may evolve, improve, or change over time.
Spiritual Journey Disclaimer
The spiritual levels, missions, nafs progression, prayer levels, and related guidance provided by Ihsan.al are intended for educational, motivational, and self-improvement purposes only. Ihsan.al does not claim religious authority, issue fatwas, or replace qualified Islamic scholarship.
User Content
You retain ownership of the content and progress you submit to Ihsan.al, including prayer logs, deeds, hatme tracking, dua participation, and personal notes. By submitting public or community content, you grant Ihsan.al permission to display and manage that content within the platform.
Community Guidelines
Users must interact respectfully and avoid abusive, hateful, misleading, unlawful, or harmful behavior. Content that violates Islamic ethics, public safety, or community standards may be removed at our discretion.
Privacy and Data
We only collect essential profile information such as your email address and full name for account management. Users may voluntarily submit spiritual tracking data such as prayers, deeds, hatme progress, and nafs levels. Upon account deletion, personal tracking data will be permanently deleted except for content contributed publicly to the community.
Mobile App Permissions
Our iOS and Android applications may request access to notifications and camera permissions. Notifications are used for reminders, missions, spiritual progress, and tracking updates. Camera access is used for scanning Quran pages and linking printed content with app features.
Points and Progress
Ihsan.al may provide Khayr Points, XP points, missions, achievements, and progress systems for motivational purposes. These points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for currency or legal tender.
Prohibited Activities
Users may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt services, upload malicious content, impersonate others, exploit vulnerabilities, or use the platform for unlawful activities.
Service Availability
We strive to keep Ihsan.al available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the platform, or harm the community. Users may also delete their account at any time.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Ihsan.al is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will always be secure, error-free, or uninterrupted.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ihsan.al and its team shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform.
